Primary schools


In-school support
We provide support to junior primary and primary schools in the local area to start, try or maintain a wide variety of social and emotional learning programs.

These programs can include:

  • Play is the Way
  • Friends for Life
  • Parenting Courses
  • Small Group Programs
  • Whole School Initiatives
  • Community Projects

We can also offer support in developing or implementing whole of school wellbeing plans.


Complex case consultancy
We provide consultation to local junior primary and primary school staff in relation to children and families with complex needs.

Support services can include:

  • Providing support to school staff
  • Providing direct support to students and families as identified and needed
  • Liaising with other community supports

We also partner with other support agencies.

If you have complex students or families which you believe may benefit from support please contact us to arrange an initial referral meeting.


School and agency support
We provide regular networking and professional development opportunities for both local junior primary and primary school staff and support agency staff.

Regular events include:

  • Whirlwind Agency Bus Tour
  • Hot Topic Workshops

We can also provide profession development workshops on site on a variety of topics such as domestic violence, working with difficult families, and working with CALD communities.
